Though many men who suffer from erectile dysfunction (ED) will need prescription medication to improve their condition, there are alternative treatments that have been shown to help improve ED. Research has shown that diet can help ease erectile dysfunction.
Here are a few tips:
Add a variety of fresh, unrefined and unprocessed foods to your diet. This should include fruits, whole grains, vegetables and low-fat protein sources (including cold-water fish).
Eliminate sugar, refined and fried foods as well as caffeine from your diet.
Be sure to drink at least eight glasses of water every day.
In addition, you could benefit from adding vitamins and supplements to your diet. Talk to your doctor.
